Leadership
David & Elizabeth Woolwine
Lead Pastor
David Woolwine began serving as the Lead Pastor of Ignite Church in July 2025. Over the past 20 years, He and his wife, Elizabeth have faithfully served in a variety of ministry roles including worship leaders, youth pastors, outreach directors, and interim pastors. Their heart for ministry has always been centered on helping people grow deeper in their relationship with Christ and strengthening the church through biblical teaching and discipleship.
Before coming to serve at Ignite, they lived in Meadows of Dan, VA, where they enjoyed a rural life raising animals including cows, chickens, sheep, and dogs, (and still do). That love for simple living and hard work continues to shape their approach to ministry and community life.
David and Elizabeth are the proud parents of three boys. Together, they share a strong passion for equipping families with the Word of God and helping believers grow through intentional discipleship. Their desire is to see individuals and families rooted in Scripture, living out their faith, and building strong, Christ-centered homes.
David and Elizabeth currently also serve in the discipleship of the students in Ignite Youth. Elizabeth heads up the worship team and also volunteers in our Pre-k classroom on Sunday mornings.

Anna Barclay
Director of Social Media
Anna Barclay serves as the Director of Social Media at Ignite Church Franklin. She has experience managing social media for local real estate agents, where she learned how to communicate clearly, stay consistent, and create content that connects with people in meaningful ways. She now brings that experience into serving the church with the same heart and dedication.
Anna believes social media can be a powerful tool to encourage others, share truth, and reach beyond the four walls of the church. Her desire in this role is simple: to point people to Jesus, highlight the stories of life change happening here, and make sure anyone who comes across our pages feels welcomed and invited. She sees this as more than posting updates — it’s an opportunity to serve the Kingdom and create space for people to encounter hope.
Anna is married and a mom of three. When she’s not creating content, she’s usually spending time with her family and enjoying this sweet season of raising little ones.
